If you have recently joined eCommerce Merchants or PESA and this is your first time to the community forums, let me be the first to welcome you! You are now on the inside. You will quickly find the community forums to be one of the most valuable resources for your membership. Be sure to bookmark this site and visit daily. Also, join the discussions, ask questions, build relationship, and gain insight from fellow members.
After you login you will see a huge list of various forums, topics, groups, discussion, etc. It may look a little overwhelming at first. Don't worry, it isn't. With tiered membership, members will have different access privileges to different forums. The higher the tier of your membership, the more forums you will have access to.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
Tip #1: The simplest way to keep informed with forum activity is from the "recent activity" page. This page ranks all discussions from all forums you have access to with newest activity at the top. Here is a link to recent activity that you should bookmark: http://forums.gopesa.org/recent.html
Tip #2: Make sure to test your ability to post a new message. To do this, you first pick the forum you wish to post in such as the eCommerce Merchants general forum here: http://forums.gopesa.org/forum27 and near the top right area you will find a box that say "New Topic". This is where you go to start a discussion or ask fellow members a question.
Tip #3: How to reply to a discussion. You can reply to any discussion by simply finding the "Reply" button near the top right of any forum post. This will open a new box for you to add and preview your post before sending it.
Tip #4: Follow the code of conduct. You will quickly find our forums to be very professional and full of valuable content. We like to keep things simple and effective here. Please be sure to always follow our simple forum guidelines when posting: http://forums.gopesa.org/forum29/246.html
